I never realized how much food could be connected to Beltane! I always thought it was just about bonfires and dancing. Now Im tempted to throw a Beltane feast myself!

In reply to Hallie Mcgee. Did you even read this? Gregory did mention it, but isn't practical for many let alone finding others and gathering to do so. Dancing around the Maypole isnt the only way to celebrate Beltane, but the videos people post every year are great to watch, I'd love to go one day. There are different traditions, but I think this article/post was meant to be practical for those of us that don't get the chance to dance around one.

I cant believe they didnt mention the importance of dancing around the Maypole during Beltane! Thats like skipping the best part of the celebration. Its all about the energy and connection, not just the food.

I dont know about you guys, but I think the focus on food in Beltane celebrations is kinda cool. Who doesnt love a good feast, right? But hey, what about including some unique vegetarian options next time? Just a thought!
