Im not convinced that channeling energy in witchcraft is safe. What about protection from negative energies? Can we really control the energies were tapping into?

I really think that the way you channel energy in witchcraft can totally affect the outcome of your spells. Its like cooking – the ingredients matter, but so does the energy you put into it!

I personally think that the idea of channeling energy as a witch is fascinating, but I cant help but wonder if its all just placebo effect. Are we really tapping into some mystical force, or is it just our minds playing tricks on us? 🤔

Hey, I totally get the whole energy channeling thing, but do we really need all these tools? I mean, cant we just use our minds and intentions? Seems a bit extra to me. What do you guys think?

In reply to Megan. Excellent question, and one I can relate to Megan ... :) Amat Victoria Cura; that's Latin for :"Victory Loves Preparedness." I have learned to set myself up for success. I plan for a little time to wind down, prior. I already know what I'm going to meditate on. I ensure I'm not disturbed. I also take the attitude that I love it! :) I look forward to answers, I look forward to that strange feeling of being in an alpha-wave brain state. Nothing wrong with uncrossing and unhexing either, hit the Florida Water and cleanse the aura, refresh the energy, banish energy that doesn't serve. :) Light some appropriate essential oil up. Make sense? Don't just plop down and expect meditation miracles. :) Blessings!
