I would step back, take a break from those you just set boundaries with and make affirmations – congratulate yourself on making those necessary boundaries, breath a sigh of relief. Relish in some time-away and liberation. Be glad it’s less to worry about or feel anxious over. It’s like a soldier who has won in battle, still sore, still hurt, but thankful to be on top or the winning side. I also suggest meditation, focus on what you wish to grow rather than what you just banished. Some self-love and care is always in order afterward too, treat yourself. Take a ritual bath, have a little ice-cream. Use some Florida water to uncross/unhex and refresh your energy. 🙂 Blessings!
]]>Thanks for taking the time to read the article, Luna. Please remember no one is ours’ to fix, a person has to want to be well and save that talent of yours for those you hold most dear and love with rare exception. 🙂 Blessings.
