Hello Mary, great question and yes … Fridays are hectic for a lot of people, anxious to start their weekend, for a hot date, preparing for those weekend plans. Sometimes, just frazzled and plain tired from the work week. So, self love is a great focus, not that one can’t focus on romantic love too. I would create for yourself a small list, let’s say three, self-love affirmations. I would choose calming scents like lavender and rose to wear, and consider metaphysical jewelry options, amethyst, rose quartz and labradorite come to mind. The point of this series of “dailies” is to help you get through your week magically with positive energy. Part of that is knowing and preparing things like your magic jewelry, sachets with crystals and/or herbs, affirmations etc. I love your questions and observations! Keep them coming!
