Positive affirmations set the mindset for action. Try combining affirmations with tangible steps for progress.

]]>Hello there dear Meg. 😉 It sounds to me like maybe you are letting someone get in your head, a toxic person? If that’s the case, there’s witch-work you could do, spells etc. But from the viewpoint of using positive affirmations, find a meditative state and visualize, feel and empower the affirmations you are going to use. Some examples could be “His/her opinion doesn’t matter”, “I am proud and capable”, “I know the truth and so does everyone else” etc. It’s amazing but sad how the opinion or words of one person can make us feel so awful or get us down. Remember there are more with you than against you, always. To shut the person up, try a poppet or binding spell. Arrange you work so that person’s words backfire on them. 🙂 Blessings!
]]>Hello there Ms. Luna 🙂 Sort of the same response I gave Ericka: Yes, keep going and remember to keep it simple, direct and focused. Sometimes we want to rush, and do scores of affirmations, but then they lose potency, power. Remember to really give it focus in a meditative or quiet thoughtful state so they become words of power. If you are trying to tackle some aspect of the craft, choose your affirmations accordingly. Like Tarot for instance, “the symbolism speaks to me”, “I am connected to all things through the Tarot”, even try “I love reading Tarot” for the passion for it. I wish you well with your affirmative endeavors. 🙂 Bright Blessings!
