š Great questions! And …. exactly, it’s like you answered your own questions. I have many cords / ladders around my home, but for tarot, you’d want some bigger material than cotton yarn. You can buy cotton rope sometimes at hardware stores for projects like that. Some of my cords are braided, no knots except for thing woven into it. But yes, enchant everything always, every step of the way. Blessings!
]]>Hello Luna, great question … I am glad the witch ladders are working for you. And actually, I do have a method to bring strength when it comes to the words. I won’t give away all my secrets and some I’m oath-bound not to. However, the little nine step chant I provided. It’s the pause, I stop and visualize, allow myself to feel the emotions, I channel those energies and vision into each knot, saying that step in a final synching in tying it. I don’t just say the words. Hopefully that will guide you to even better success. I sometimes have music playing in the background, usually instrumental so the words don’t compete with my focus. I listen to a lot of heavy metal, Black Sabbath etc. I choose the instrumental for the most part. Believe it or not, I also have playlists of with the theme songs from all my favorite horror movies. Talk about ambience for magical workings. š
]]>Absolutely! š Cords and ladders could be used for just about any reason or intent. Boosting, binding, manifesting, drawing, banishing etc. You can make a witch’s cord or ladder for anything.
]]>š It would be fine, the object is to not tie them in order, … so they can’t be untied in order. So long as the order is random. The method shown in the image of the witches ladder, knots of nine, ensures you have room and distance enough to tie the knots. A person could start at the ends and work their way in if they wanted. Good question!
